Can I order samples before committing to a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can purchase up to three cut samples for a small fee to see the colors and textures in your own home lighting before placing a bulk order.

How are the tiles packaged to prevent breakage during shipping?

We use specialized reinforced packaging and heavy-duty pallets to ensure your tiles arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping partners are experienced in handling fragile ceramic and porcelain goods.

What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?

Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, sign the delivery note as 'damaged' and contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange replacements.

How much extra should I order for 'wastage'?

We recommend ordering an additional 10% over your actual square footage to account for cuts, breaks, and future repairs. For herringbone or complex patterns, 15% wastage is advised.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship directly to addresses within the UK and select European countries. For inquiries outside these regions, please contact our logistics team for a custom shipping quote.

Are your tiles suitable for underfloor heating?
